User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNapier's is wonderful and friendly. The flowers are always beautiful. I use them for all the flowers for my recitals! The owner is amazing. I used them for the flowers during Memorial weekend, and the arrangements were astounding, and the owner extremely helpful.

YOU GET MORE THAN YOU PAY FOR WITH THE ORDERS: THE OWNER OF THE SHOP IS VERY NICE AND IT SEEMS LIKE SHE IS IN THE BUISSNESS FOR MORE THAN JUST A DOLLAR. I GOT THE FEELING THAT SHE REALY CARES ABOUT EACH AND EVERYONE THAT WALKS THREW THE DOOR. WOW TALKING ABOUT GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP
