I will never ever return to Advantage Toyota!! I called them (Mike) in June about a Toyota Sienna and made an appointment to go see it. In the meantime, they ran my credit. When I arrived at the facility, Mike WAS WAITING IN THE PARKING LOT to tell us they couldn't help us. That's nice Mike, we went to Mosed Pontiac and bought a brand new Nissan Quest (we do have a credit union, you know) and then referred two of our friends to Don who also purchased brand new Quests. I hope you didn't need sales that week, because you cost yourself 3 with your smug, arrogant, snotty attitudes. Just because someone's credit history isn't perfect, doesn't mean they don't have other alternatives. Remember that!
breath of fresh air!: my wife and I have been looking at vehicles for about 1 month. After going to several dealerships in the local area, we found ourselves very frustrated because of the treatment we recieved. We could not seem to get any sales people that seemed to know much about there product and acted like they really did'nt care if we bought anything or not. Our last stop was at Advantage Toyota where we met Matt Turley. He was very patient and was eager to answer all of our questions(and he new what he was talking about). After comparing about 4 different cars we decided to go with a Toyota because of the treatment we got from Matt and the staff. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle then make sure to put Matt and Advantage Toyota on your list.
Thanks so much!!!: My mother is 78 years old and on a limited income. Afetr shopping for a few weeks she decided on a new Camry that was probably above her budget. Her salesman, Jason Smally, helped her figure out what she needed and could do without and gave her a price several hunderd dollars below what others were wanting fo a lower priced car. No one asked her to spend more, tried to get her to buy a hokey warranty, or throw in hidden charges. The entire staff treated her with courtesy and respect. I have now been back to see Mr. Smally myself twice and bought 2 toyotas from him, and would advise anyone looking at a Camry or anything else to go see him instaed of wasting time being jerked around in Flatwoods or Charleston. They run a first rate establishment.
