I have a different view of this establishment then other reviewers maybe because I am an actual customer rather than a family member giving my opinion. The owner of this store brings her dog to work with her and the establishment smells at time like canine. Also she allows young girls to run the cash register which takes additional time and mistakes are often made. Another grip is that a customer had gone into the store and ordered a large amount of the pop star Hanna Montana items for her daughters birthday party..and when the big day arrived none of the items had been received and so the customer had to go out on a scavenger hunt on the day of...Also it is a hang out for the family and others behind the counter...word is that the owner is having an affair with a man that often is seen at the store and that they had carried on there inside the store..The character of this store had a lot of misgivings and several reports of a poor business atmosphere....Is this the type of childrens party store that you would want to patronize...Think about it...

Great: I loved the friendly staff and help I received. They have everything you need to throw a special party, whatever the occasion.
