User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsi have to say that hurricane subway is the best you will ever eat. subway at hurricane is always fresh and hot and the people that work their is always nice. vs. crosslanes, hamblin, huntington, chapmanville subways are nasty. the pizza subs are not ever hot enough to melt the cheese (crosslanes) and if the cheese is melted any at all it has a weird smell about it. so i have to say that hurricane is also much more clean than any other subway i have been to. i have always been served with a smile and never a frown. the worst feeling ever is when you are really hungry and the people act like it is a burden to wait on you so they can finish there stupid little cig.
but i just want to say that everytime i am by hurricane i make it a point to stop at subway (the one next to pizza hut) and get a pizza sub because they have the best you will ever eat at.. so hats off to hurricane subway, thank you for all you good good and smile that you have given me each time i have been there. thanks
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsexcellent customer service: I was recently in Subway picking up dinner for my family. I had the wonderful opportunity to meet a very kind and thoughtful young man named "Kenny". It was a Friday evening in September and there was a line out the door but he took the time to help my 9yr old daughter order her own sub, showing her the different options. I thanked him and let him know how much I appreciated that.
The subs were excellent!!!
I wish all teenagers were as caring as "Kenny" was.
