WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE EVER!: Condition of complex way less than acceptable. Located less than six feet from a METH CLINIC. Countless bums constantly hanging around the back of the building near dumpsters. Carpets soiled from years and years of caked in dirt and God knows what else. Hallways smell very unpleasant. Laundry facilities are disgusting. Extremely easy to break into ground floor windows- they practically slide open. Location is terrible! I'll never live on the West End of any town again. You can get a brand new, much better apartment for the same price you would pay for this dump. It's ridiculous- should be condemned.
