User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi hate this place too i cant wait to move out i love the area but sable point is not for my family there dant fix nothing there are lazy as hell be i will miss one of the ladies(she is a doll and thanks) in the office she is in the cross fire of the mangers and the poeple that live here and i think they should pay the workers by the hour and may they would work a little bit more so if u r think of moving here u r out of ur mind

WARNING, WARNING! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE! This place is freakin' ridiculous. I would not recommend this place for anyone, I'll write another review later. I live out here and it's ridiculous. Management is nice when you need a place but once you get out here, it's all over. You rarely get help. Maintenance is non existent. Rules are not enforced. I won't even rate this damn place, it's crazy. I stay to myself and like it that way. Too much drama. The pool rarely is cleaned, gym is broke down, and they let people come into the office and know your business. I'm so done. I can't wait to leave this place. I hope this helps you!

I use to live there it was the worst place i could live my neighbor was crazy and a month before i decided to move i had so much stress from everything that happened i ended up in the er and was told i was under tomuch stress and management has favorites of the tenants so if you try to tell them about your physco neighbor they say they will do something but dont my children were treated awful by the other children also I recommened do not move there they are nice apartments inside but its not worth it
