I had my hair done at Affinity for 4 years and loved it! The owner truly stays on top of her skills and makes sure her staff is trained. I now live in Ohio and was for a while driving back to WV to get my hair done but it became too complicated. I wish Affinity moved with me! I recommend Affinity for their skills and desire to stay up with the newest in color and style! And for "secret shopper" I have never been to a salon that didn't have "gossip." That's girls for ya. Sounds like she's competition for you. :)
