So many things were wrong with the apartment when I moved in (major things) with the promise they would be fixed by Sherry's maintenance....one year later it never happened. I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in and still somehow lost most of my security deposit. When I did receive it, it was way past 30 days and I had to bug her to get it. She never outlined why she kept so much of it, but basically blew me off as usual. Rent at your own risk!
