User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI was there on a bad night. The hostess was rude which always helps to get the evening started, the waitress kept disappearing, and the food was ok. My experience did not make me want to "go outback tonight." I love Outback and I was disappointed.
I give this place an average because the TV are great, and the bread is really good and if I can watch football and eat good bread that makes up for a lot. The next night in Beckley I went to IHOP and it was excellent, no joke!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsgeat quality: The time and preparation that goes into the food is astounding. I should know as a server there. The cooks start at 7am everyday to deliver a fresh taste for all the guests. So if you think it is over priced, consider what you are paying for. It is not a frozen dinner like some competitors. Or even a quick bite to eat like McDonald's (our neighbor), it is a place to come and relax and enjoy a great meal that you didn't have to prepare yourself. Please see our menu before you come and make sure it is within your budget. The staff is of high quality and I am privilaged to work with the caliber of associates that I do. In other regions, the local Outback has an hour wait every night, so if you get in right away, feel lucky. I know the region is of a lower economy levels than that of other states, but please keep in mind all the front of the house employees that handle your needs and wants with a great deal of care, only make $2.13/hr. They rely on tips to pay there bills and survive during school or other situations. Please take that into consideration when deciding to dine out. Hope to see you there!

I LOVE this place !: I love their food, their drinks and their everything LOL. We had a great time here and the waitress really went out of her way to help us. I would highly recommend Outback =)
