User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI've had a couple experiences that my dry cleaners was not even dry cleaned,just added to hangers! I know this by the smell & the small dirt scuffs on bottom of one Banana Republic shirt which was easily removed by another company. Which also verified my claim. I've also had 2 shirts shrink from them from previously. I have not used them for approx. one yr but their employees have always been very unfriendly. I chose to take my business elsewhere.
