User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI called Dias Floral and asked them to prepare a bouquet of silk flowers for them to place them on my Mom's grave site for Mother's Day. They said no problem they would make sure everything looks good and place them at her site. They asked how much I would like to spend and I said between $70 and $100. They charged me $98.53. I asked my Dad to go by the cemetary to see the flowers and to send me a picture today. He stopped by and said they were the same flowers he placed for her Birthday. I was charged and never received delivery. I will NEVER use Dias Floral again. Now you cant even get a hold of them. It goes to a answering service and half the time you get hung up on.
