“The Millsop Community Center”: This is a great place in Weirton W.V.
It's is a lot like the Y.M.C.A. (except for Y.M.C.A.'s high prices!)
Check it out! They do a lot of good for the kids and community.

Parking: Parking can sometimes be a hassle at the center. At one point there was only womens activities there at the center. I got the impression that this was a place only for women to go and workout. It seems that everyone room was modified to accomodate womens exercising. The center does a bad job of promoting mens activities there at the center. Raquetball was a big draw at one point but I think they turned the raquetball court into a volleyball court. I'm very interested the private kickboxing lessons I was unaware of these classes.

Lots of hidden treasures: There seems to be a lot of good things that just aren't posted in the center. There is a kickboxing class there that is very tough but cost only 30.00 per month. I joined in for two sessions and got much more than a workout. I checked around the valley and found it to be the least exspensive and very competitive. I could not pay the pass to the center as it is exspensive but the Kickboxing club there is awesome. the classes are in a very private part of the center. As soon as I can afford the center pass I'm looking to get back to the kickboxing club(bondo kickboxing) I think its worth the pass.
