Great steaks, but....: Filet mignon was well prepared, very tender, fresh tasting, but flavor could've been boosted by grilling or otherwise crusting the outside. Broccoli/colliflower combo was not fresh - looked canned or old or something, and the twice-baked potato looked like one of the frozen heat/eat things you can buy from Sam's Club. Cocktails were well-prepared, very good.
Prices are great. Fed four people with cocktails for under $100. Service was attentive, but odd (she kept taking my coffee cup away from table to re-fill it...hmmm).
Nice atmosphere. Restaurant side of the business is quiet with white table linens, lighting could be lower. Tastefully done Hank Williams theme. However, we did have to sneak over to turn down the CD player running with a Hank CD.
Don't be turned-off by the outside appearance of the building and the fact there's a honky-tonk bar on the other side of the building that shares a lobby (from the restaurant, you can hear/smell the bar at times when people come and go...can be kind of roudy). However, everyone is very nice, and even the bar patrons seem to appreciate/welcome the tourist trade.
