C'mon! Ride the Bull Friday Nights!: Good food. Free dinner on your birthday! 3rd Floor is a great place for your wedding reception. Excellent food with an awesome wait staff and bartenders. Best in the Ohio Valley!

I have had no problems.: I have had no problems with the servirce when I have ate there, but I only go to River City when I am in Wheeling during the afternoon.

Aircraft Mechanic: Myself and 3 friends had dinner on Wednesday Aug. 11, 2004, 3 of us had the "All You Can Eat" crab legs ($16.95). The service was extremely slow, we had to wait 5-10 minutes to get another order of the crab legs, we had to ask to get another beer. Then when it came time to pay for the dinner the "Bartender"/"Waiter" tried to keep our change, over $10.00. And tried to over charge the other person that only had BBQ wings and a fish sandwich, but he corrected it when we brought it to his attention. We had the "Bartender"/"Waiter" as a waiter and another waitress trying to serve us at the same time. The Lady did a pretty good job but the guy "Bartender"/"Waiter" couldn't seem to remember anything at all he said that he either didn't hear us or he was just so busy and couldn't keep up. But when he said he was to busy there wasn't but maybe 20-30 in the bar side of the restaurant eating and drinking. He had several other waitress there with him working. Then after the bill was all settled up and we were leaving we told him that the service was really crappy and we didn't enjoy our dinner there at all, his reply was in a very sharp sarcastic tone "WELL YOU JUST HAVE A GOOD EVENING THEN!" I doubt I will ever visit this restaurant again and I do suggest that you don't either.
