User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI met with Gary about the transmission in my car. Gary took the time to explain what I needed... and did not need to have done to my car. His advice saved me about $1200 on a new transmission that I did not need. OUTSTANDING !!

I needed a reverse light switch replaced and had been quoted about double what I ended up paying at S&V. Good thing I shopped around.
What's more, Gary and his wife actually relate to you and don't treat you as just another customer. The first time I went there to get my car checked out I ended up talking to her for about 30 minutes and didn't feel like a stranger.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHonesty Is Gary's Name!: The only person I trust to do repairs on my car is Gary! I've been taking it to him for various repairs for the last 3 years and I know the job is done right! Not only that, Gary will NOT fix something that doesn't need fixed, and if I need something, he is considerate and thougtful in getting me the best price because of my student status and practically non-existent bank account. S&V Exxon is definitely THE place to go for an HONEST MECHANIC!
