User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had the best experience in this Penneys. The staff was tremendously helpful in finding my items. They had great senses of humor, were cordial, and made me enjoy shopping even more! Dressing rooms were tidy. Clothes were sorted properly by size; not much out of order on racks. Great sale prices and clearances. I am looking forward to returning to this J. C. Penney and would definetly recommend it to others.
