This Cafe just gets better and better every year. This new year I want to bring in Bobby Flay and present our "pasta fagiole bianca" that was mentioned in "Gourmet" 2007, and that is made daily and sold weekly. Also, a goal of Julios is to have Chef Mario Batali to meet our Chef Maria Pasceri, who has been with us for 20 years.
