On Sunday 19, 2009, around 9:30 p.m. my husband and I visted your restaurant. A promotanal program for coca cola glasses was in affect. We purshaed two value meals and never received our glasses. We were asked to pull to the "bar" to wait on our meals and all of our purshase was not in the bag. The manager on duty, of course blamed it on the other employees working. If this wasn't inconvenient enough, the french frie boxes were only half filled. After getting home, I continiously tried to telephone your store and could not get an answer. On Tuesday, 21, 2009, at 2:13 p.m., I went to be reimbursed for your stores mistake and was told by the other two managers that I would have to speak with Rita. This is unacceptable for a restaurant or for that matter any business to be so irresponsible. This is almost every time that a mistake is made by your employees that we get the run a round. If the managers on duty cannot take care of the situation that occured they need a new occupation, It can't be that hard it is only McDonalds.
