This is a local dealer for me. Since I am a local customer, I would think a company would be trying to make an impression for me to return as a "SATISFIED CUSTOMER". This dealership left me on hold on the telephone, and then was rude!

I wanted to return a Motorcraft battery, which has a stamped date of purchase of Dec 07 2005. This battery also states 0-36 months FREE REPLACEMENT and 37-100 months BUYER PAYS PRORATED CHARGE. Since it has been less than 36 months; they should REPLACE the battery. This dealership would not replace or do anything to help replace this battery, because I didn't still have the ORIGINAL RECEIPT! The purchased date is on the battery.
Hince, LOCAL OR NOT, This is one customer willing to drive the extra few miles to Clarksburg or Parkersburg to be treated as a LOYAL LOCAL CUSTOMER!!!!!

GREAT PEOPLE: IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT SHOP AT 'BOB YOAKS' IN ST. MARY'S WEST VIRGINIA... MY WIFE AND I DID AND WE GOT A GREAT VAN AT AN UNBEATABLE PRICE..WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THEIR SEVICE AS A CUSTOMER THAT WE ARE GOING TO BUY A TRUCK NEXT WEEK.. THAT'S 2 VEHICLES IN 2 WEAKS.. BILL WATSON WAS MY SALESMAN HE SAVED US ALOT OF MONEY AND WAS VERY NICE WE'LL ALWAYS COME BACK AND RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO EVERYONE.. THANK'S BILL !! THE DENNIS FAMILY...
