    I was very surprised to see the review below. I visit this spa regularly and have never experienced anything like her situation.

    Not sure who your nail techs were, but Seretha has always been more than great.

    I do agree with three things. The nails are always beautiful, the front door lady was sweet, and the wine was very nice.

    In fact, I'm booking an appointment online right now.

    Unpleasantly pleased!
    While my toes are quite beautiful, and the front desk lady was so sweet and nice... the overall experience at this 'spa' was not good.
    It was supposed to be a giggly fun girly afternoon with my best friend, and from the moment we were 'met' by our nail tech's was a grumpy, rushed, akward time.
    I felt very uncomfortable, seeing as how both ladies seemed almost annoyed to be working...period.
    When they were done, they just left us sitting there, no thank you's, or direction as to where to go next, then re-entered only to say, 'we need these seats'...??? We didn't know... they didn't tell us squat!
    None the less, I will not be returning.. I had always heard negative things about this spa, and now that I have experienced it myself, I guess I should've listened... but the wine was nice...;)
