I was Visiting Fairmont. I heard about the Pizza in this place for years but had never tried it, so one day on a trip from Pittsburgh I stopped in the original location that features a dining room that has been remodeled. It had a 50's diner look to the inside. The service was very standard for a pizza joint. after a short wait out comes this square thick pizza with so much cheese it took two hands for the waitress to carry it. The taste was good and fresh. the crust was excellent. It was very filling and delicious. I've eaten pizza all over the world, and although it wasn't the most outstanding pie I ever had, it was good enough to write a review and tell others to make sure you stop there and get one the next time you are in Fairmont. 4 out of 5 stars.

Rude, overpriced, over-rated. The only people who enjoy this place are the people who grew around here eating food from here. Everyone else, stay away.

It's not about the pizza: There are several great pizza's in Fairmont, Clarksburg, and Morgantown, it's about the pepperoni buns. Fairmont WV is the home of the pepperoni bun. Wives first made them for thier coal miner husbands to carry to work. Colasessano's originated the bun with everything. They are large and ooozing with wonderful sauce, peppers, and cheese. Get there as fast as you can and get a bun with everything. Then take some home with you, they are just as good warmed over.
