User Rating: 3 out of 5 starscan nobody make a pan pizza anymore? looked like hand tossed every time i have gotten it. old style pizza hut, i like it, parking lot is steep and can be tough to get in and out of traffic.

This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut of the national franchise. The place only hires dirty-looking teenagers, who spend most of their time out back smoking cigarettes, and they insist on blasting the local hip hop radio station out to the restaurant area (so loud that you can't hear each other speak). Its all about making the teenage employees happy and ignoring the customers. If this place offers free drink refills, you'd never know it because the waitresses never come back around after they bring your food. This is a case where the employees run the ship and the management hides out of view. On our last visit, I ordered a pizza and my wife ordered a hoagie. Well, they brought out the pizza, but never brought the sandwich. We kept tracking down members of the wait staff when we could find them, but all they would say is that they would check on it. Our original waitress finally came by with the bill and we explained that we never got my wife's order. She apologized and said she'd take a dollar off the bill. We then had to wait for them to make the sandwich, so that my wife could take it home and eat.

That's terrible, but it does sound like you just got there at a bad time. The music has always been terrible, yes, but it's never been too loud when I've been there.
