First,they do not get things clean all the time. I used them for five years. I got some jackets resized which cost around $100. I was waiting on a bill from them that did not come. I finally got a message on my answering machine from them. It said I was going to be turned in to collections if I didn't pay the bill. The bill I did not get in the mail was less than a month old. I quickly went in person to pay the bill in full, like I always do when I get a bill from them. I had payed my bills there on time for five years, and this is how they treat their customers? I'll never go there again. Highly unprofessional.
