It's already a stressful and time consuming ordeal but you'll be waiting for not weeks but years to get closed! There's never nobody at the office and your phone calls NEVER get returned. You have a better chance at winning the lottery then getting closed on your home with this company. Go somewhere else!!

Looking to buy or refinance??? Let First Southern Mortgage be the one you call. First Southern Mortgage really did alot for me and my family. They took the time to work with me. and I have to say they went out of their way to take care of us in buying our home. Then a few years later when we needed to refinance our home, First Southern Mortgage was there for us again. Well First Southern Mortgage is working with me again to buy another home, They will be the only company that I will call.
