User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI started using Shores a couple of months after I became unsatisfied with another dry cleaners. I was overwhelmed with the great service and repect that I recieved. I recieved a thank you card after I became a customer and they also invited me back to become a VIP customer. Their customer service is exceptional as well as the quality of their work. I recommend them to anyone who ask for the best dry cleaners in town.

They lost some very expensive items of my clothing, and then denied it.It took months of conversations to arrive at a fair resolution. They charge a lot more for their premium service but it is actually the same as their regular service.

About a week ago was my first transaction with Shores Fine Dry Cleaners ... I was very, very impressed by their customer service. Not only did I get a 'Thank You' note in the mail but I also received a personal phone call to follow up on a question I had. Excellent job of dry cleaning, excellent service ... they have found themselves another faithful customer. Highly Recommended! Great Job Shores!

I seriously doubt this reveiw is an accurate portrayal of what you can expect when using Shores. I've been a loyal customer for years and have full satisfaction in the quality I receive, and the ethics of their service.
