User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI just bought a used car from these guys in Feb. This is my second car i have bought from a " Big " dealer and compaired to my first experience this was a very good buy. I went to these guys after i looked at modern chevrolet and they kept trying to put me in cars i didnt want and couldnt afford. They didnt try to put me in more expennsive cars and were fine with me choosing the one i got. No pressure sales and quick financing. Recommend this dealership.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWould NEVER buy from again: Bought used car from them with an extended warranty. Was told it covered everything except routine maintenance (i.e. wiper blades, brake pads, fluids, etc.) Started having problems with A/C, clicking noises, check engine light, and heat. Had it checked at Auto Zone. Their computer said it was the EGR system. Told the guys at Flow it was EGR system. Said it should be covered under warranty. Took it to be checked at their Ford garage. Charging us $160 to tell us it is the EGR system, and it is not covered under our warranty. Will NEVER buy from them again.

A very bad company: These guys ship complete parts, do not respond to emails and will not directly answer any phone calls. Avoid them where possible.
