   This is the worst management company I have EVER seen. I rent and the owner of my unit has just dropped Messick due to all the problems we've been having. They would charge us (renters) for problems that an owner pays for (air conditioner not working, leaks) and not pass the information along to the owner. They did not return numerous phone calls from me or from the owner, even the manager didn't return any calls! And aside from the woman at the front desk, everyone I came in contact with was rude and acted as if was a nuisance. I am so glad that I will never have to deal with them again!

   Others are better: Messicks managing my property and the tenant they selected were not happy experiences for me. I cannot recommend them nor the tenant they selected. My next experience with a new company was better and the tenant they selected was a better choice.
