User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsthe new program that movie gallery has is a rip off, I was advised by the sales guy when buying my Power Play package that there were no due dates for the returns,then I had to pay late fees and lost the remaining point I had, I will never go to movie gallery again and I will let all my freinds and co workers know what I had to deal with.. Train your people right, or lose paying customers!!!! I use to like this company but I will go out of my way to go to Block Busters for now on...
