User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would like to post here that Vann York Auto Mall does a bait and switch technique. They will send an email promising all this wonderful stuff, then when you respond either tell you that they cannot do EXACTLY what they said they could do. This is the experience I had. The response email to my email of interest in the advertisment they sent me completely contradicted the promotion they offered. Now I wonder what would have happened if I went to the dealer ship with that email? I will NOT be shopping with Vann York Auto's in the future. I do not like being manipulated and lied to, and I have had issues with Vann York Toyota as well. There are other Honda, Toyota, and many other makes and models out there. Vann York has lost this costumer and several others as I work for the school system and I have a large family...MANY of which are looking for cars. Not everyone can be played a fool.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery straightforward dealer. Didn't try to sell me anything extra beyond what I wanted. No last minute details or "rust proofing". Timely responses to my emails and if they didn't know the answer to a question at the dealer they weren't afraid to say so and find the answer.
It's sometimes hard to find a truly honest dealership, but these guys are definitely the real deal.
