User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy family just recently buried our beloved mother and we were very pleased with the service we received from Floral Garden Memorial Park. My sister and I were at the graveyard the next day to view the flowers on Mom's grave. While we were there we decided to locate the graves of other family members. A very gracious and thoughtful grounds keeper saw us walking around the site searching for our relatives....he stopped and ask us if he could help us. He stopped his mowing to help us find the graves of our grandparents. I wish I had his name so I could recognize him in this review however he knew our Uncle Gerald from previously working with him at Thomas Bus. Thank you to the grounds keeper and thank you to Floral Gardens.

My mothers (Jessie Saunders)past away on Dec.30,07 her pasting was every sad. But James Queen was very helpful. I live in Canada and their was known one to help me with her burial.I can now bury her this summer. Floral Garden was Great. God Bless To All,

Unsympathetic and rude: My 18 year old nephew was recently killed in a car accident. His family had no life insurance. We wanted him buried here at Floral Garden next to his Grandpa (my Father) whom we just buried 3 months ago. Floral Garden was the only cemetery unwilling to help us, and they were outright rude. This is a horrible shock and grief we are experieincing and to have to be treated in such a manner was devastating. The only reason he is buried there is because his Grandpa is and he was very close to his Grandpa. I hope they can learn to handle future customers with the understanding of the torment of losing a loved one brings, especially a young man in tragic circumstances. It is a beautiful place to lay a loved one to rest-but the manner in which we were treated is unacceptable.

Sharon, The cemetery is completely under new leadership. I do regret that you had a terrible experience during your time of loss. I assure you that Floral Garden will most definitely be a much better place for your family needs. We do apologize for your experience and we will be more than happy to accommodate you in the future.
