User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI ordered party supplies for my sons birthday on Oct 22. The company site says they ship and you receive a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours after you place your order. I never received anything from them. I called repeatedly however not one time did they answer the phone. I sent emails as well. I finally received my items 2 wks later however it was not my complete order. So now I am still trying to get the rest of the stuff I ordered. Also, part of the party package I purchased included balloons. They just stuffed the balloons in brown paper bag. The balloons are not in a sealed bag. I would never order from this company again.
