The BBQ is excellent. There is very little to no fat.
I always get the sandwich and fries. Though not the
largest place or the newest, the service is excellent.
I will drive a few hours just to eat at Kepleys and
pass other so called "good BBQ places." -

This is a great establishment and I believe that they set the standard for customer service!! A great place for lunch. They have good hot dogs and BBQ sandwiches. You need to bring cash because they do not accept credit cards.

I believe we are talking vegetables and not meat. Meat needs to have a nice marblization to give it flavor so that the fat breaks down and flavors the meat. No one wants to bite into a big piece of fatback. If you have ever traveled through Europe the flavors are immense and high quality olive oil are at the base of their foods.
