User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsResponds poorly to problems: I had been going here for several years. Until now the experience was good. However, recently I had an item that was ruined in their shop. A sweater set with spots on both items. They worked to try and remove the spots, but refused to take responsibility for the spots themselves which I know were not there when I took them in. They were unwilling to give any reimbursement for the loss of my clothing. I will not go back.
