Sanford Honda

Sanford Honda advertises that: "Our Dealership has built a reputation on providing courteous, honest service." Yet, they do not stand behind their cars. I bought a used Volvo from Sanford on 6/22/09. The engine seized-up 23 hours after we paid Sanford. They would not let us return the Volvo, nor would they help in paying the $2400.00 to replace the engine with a used engine. Does this sould like they provide "honest service?" They do not believe in "Dong the right thing." Their moto should be "BUYER BEWARE", as they are not willing to do anything to stand behind the autos that they sell. If you decide to buy a vehicle from Sanford....GOOD LUCK.

Great Place: I had made a deal with another Honda location, but at last minute I got cold feet. I decided to give Sanford Honda a call to see if they had anything that fit my criteria, and the salesman who answered the phone was delightful. He convinced me to make the hour drive to Sanford. I was suprised over the selection they had - I figured Cary Honda Autopark would have the largest selection. Sanford might have not had as many cars on the lot, but the variety was much bigger. I found a car there I loved, we negotiated a wonderful deal, and here I am 4 days later with a new car. They did all the work for me as far as calling and faxing things to the Credit Union in another state. I enjoyed the salesmen a lot, and I definitly recommend making the drive. They had the best priced Hondas out of Cary Autopark, Leith Honda, and Crown Honda.
