The hush puppies are the best,everything else seems to be fried,it is hard to mess that up...The workers in the front of house seem to talk about their customers which is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!If I order take out I do not feel I should have to tip,most places have a dollar or two dollar charge for this which is fine with me. But do not talk about the people who make it possible for you to have a job,but thats Sanford!!!!!!
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe hush puppies are great and free!!!! They are almost like little donuts. We went Friday but as soon as they opened at 5:00 pm. So yes we were with the early birds but we did not mind. The food was very good and the portions were huge. I got the seafood platter with oysters, shrimp, scallops, deviled crab, and I substituted clams for the flounder. With slaw and a baked potato on the side. And the price.....less then $15. I had to take about 1/3 of it home it was so much!!! The decor is kind of plain but the wait staff is top notch, and besides you can't eat the decor!
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsVery disappointed. Staff was great, but food was disappointing. It was the typical frozen and fried seafood..if you like the greasy cholesterol drenched type. I guess its hard to find fresh seafood around here.
