User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI don't understand why you have to have a receipt if you are going to exchange something that was a gift from someone. It is not the consumer's fault that a receipt was not given for a gift. I could understand if it was for cash refund, but wanting to exchange merchandise...now that's ridiculous.
