    A friend introduced me to Bistro Sofia to celebrate my birthday. The service and the food are phenomenal.
    The menu offers many fantastic choices which are far beyond any other restaurants that I know of in Guilford and Forsyth Counties. It compares favorably with the best restaurants that I have tried in Chicago. It is expensive but worth every dollar.

    We were looking forward to dining at a bistro last week. Bisto Sofia appeared to be place to experience what we had in the past at other locations. Were we ever surprised! The atmosphere was average at best, partnered with the service. The price paid far exceeded the pleaurable experience. What we got for the money was great disappointment.

    Friday night in June should fill a first rate resturant in Greensboro. Last Friday June 20th Bistro Sofia was less than half filled. The reason? Second rate food and service at first rate prices. If you serve hanger steak at a top tier resturant, should it not be special? But then, is hanger steak ever special, and is it ever served at top grade resturants? Probably not.
