Alan DeReyes was great to work with! We never felt like we were being pressured into making a decision we didn't want to make. He was very dedicated to customer service and when we told him what we were looking for, he took us straight to the kind of vehicle we wanted. He didn't try to push vehicles on us that were way out of our price range. The negotiation process was straightforward and Alan helped us get the deal we were looking for. When we buy our next vehicle, we'll definitely come back to see him!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe bought a used car from Crown and was able to get a very good price from their internet department. When we went to the dealership it was great to have the price we wanted to pay out of the way so we could devote our time and energy to actually looking at the car.
The salesman that helped us their was Alan DeReyes and he was great. He made our experience as easy as possible. He was very friendly and made sure everything was in order for us. He even sat down and played go fish with our family while we were waiting to be seen by the finance dept. We also were able to get a great rate on a used car loan which was a definite plus. I would highly recommend Crown to anyone.
