User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTHIS PLACE IS TERRIFIC!!! I eat at the Country Barbecue often - the service is outstanding: fast, accurate, and friendly. The food is amazing, too - I love the Hush Puppies and Chopped BBQ Pork. And you would not believe how good the green beans taste. Looking for a real Southern lunch or dinner - this is the place.

I ate at Country Barbecue for the first time on Saturday afternoon. I was very disapointed. I ordered the ribs and barbecue. The ribs were loaded with poured on barecue sauce, tasted like it was poured right out of the bottle and not cooked on. The barbecue was fair. It was quite lean, but tasteless like it wasnt seasoned at all. The Hush puppies were wonderful. That was the best part of the meal. They are tasty and not grainy. Very moist and delicious. For desert I ordered the peach cobbler that had to be the worst I ever had anywhere. It was full of watery juice, a few pieces of peaches, and a piece of what tasted like uncooked dough. It was overly sweet and completely unedible. I would never go to Country Barbecue again except for an order of Hush Puppies to go.

This is the home of the biggest, best, melt in your mouth, breaded pork tenderloin biscuit!!! This thing is as big as a Whopper from Burger King! It is so good, you will not be able to stop the addiction that will be created from taking the first bite. Very reasonable in prices, super duper friendly and FAST staff. THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS PEOPLE!!! One bite of this biscuit and you will have to tell everyone you know about it. I will even drive the 25 miles from home to get one. It really is THAT good.
