What can I say but WOW!!. For anyone that need help getting a vehicle and have less than perfect credit Crown is where you need go. Everyone that I worked with where great. C.J. my sale manager worked with me from purchasing to getting a great rate with insurance, he even knocked off about $2000 of the asking price just so I could get a better interest rate. Unlike other auto dealers I was not sitting there all day waiting for a decision.
C.J. McNeil good looking out!
Disappointed: I have been a "loyal" customer of Crown (Honda and Nissan). I have bought several cars from them and have had several friends within the last several months purchase cars from them based on my experience. However, I wanted to trade my Xterra (in excellent condition) and the Sales Manager was not even willing to negotiate the trade in value of my Xterra. I had a copy of the Kelly Blue Book trade in value and he was not willing to give me the lowest value. He quoted me a lower rate than the Kelly Blue Book's lowest trade in value rate. I will not a buy a car from them. I was very dissappointed in the Customer Service. My last experience in buying a car from them..........'04 was a pleasant experience but most of the individuals I worked with then are no longer there. I can see why, the Sales Manager is cocky and very UNWILLING to discuss or negotiate. They lost a GREAT customer today. All they want is your money!!!! I suggest going to Carolina Nissan in Burlington, NC. It is a smaller Dealership and you are treated like family there. GO CAROLINA NISSAN!!!!
They only want your $$$: I purchased a new car from there and there service department never really offered good customer service. I would not recommend this place simply because once you've had a car from there for over a year, only thing that they are concerned about is how much money youre willing to put out on "fixing" your car even if the problem is still there.
