have been there a couple of times because they have good backgrounds but the customer service is not customer friendly at all and they are too busy to even take your feedback or may be they don't care about customer feedback. They were running 40 min late and no one had the courtesy to even let you know forget about apologizing. I planned my kids nap times and meal times so that they will be good during the photo shoot but that all went down the drain because they were not on schedule. I understand sometimes you can't predict that but at least let the parents know when they come so that they know what to expect and not throw your mood swings around when you are asked how long is the waiting. I used to but after this experience I would not recommend it again to anyone.
