Candlewood Apartments

We've lived here almost 2 years and have really enjoyed it. It's a quiet, safe neighborhood that is child friendly. The apartments themselves have a great layout. We've enjoyed having our own driveway and porch. We had little need for maintenance in our 2 years, but the 1 time we did, the guy was quick to come out and was pleasant as well.


Also, we had to relocate for a new job and had to break our lease. We were able to find a new tenant through craigslist and the leasing agent helped us make the transition as quick and smooth as possible.


If you're looking to rent in Clayton, we would definitely recommend Candlewood.

Candlewood is a fine community. I have been very happy here and never had problems with any repairs being made. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live.

Do not live here, you will regret this experience. This company does not make repairs without being asked multiple times.
I went 2 years without a light, 8 months without a microwave, 2 days without a fridge, and 2 days without A/C in 105 degree heat. The office people are nasty to you. I had to pay for carpet when I left that was damaged when I moved in:(
