User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsWas told at the counter that she won't clean pillows, even though two of the smelly pillows I brought in were labeled "machine washable" and the other two were down/feather pillows.
After some discussion, she took the pillows, gave me a week turn around, and had me pay up front for the cleaning.
When I picked up the pillows, they smelled much better, but stains were still present.
Probably will not use this cleaner again.
