bad experience: I used the same agency for my real estate to get their mistake on their face.
While I was buying they compared my property with the high priced ones, one level tonhome with garages, or built in 1995 compare to one built in 1986 etc
Then, even I have mentin to her what my budget is I hd been pushed to buy out of budget. I dealt with Shahla Rezvani. Called the manager in charge twice. Wait until March. No one cares that I need to make double pyments.
The agent work for the seller in sense.
The seller even did not pull the nails from the wlal
Now, I am selling made a contract since used the same people provided 5% but my home is waiting on the market where others already sold. I have been told it is seaonal. Then, one of them told me there are no other property with this price while they are preparing to list so it should sell quickly. Unless you have a milion dollr home you might think twice pick them

I hired them but I cannot fire them since they told me I nbeed to pay fee still. So they will sit and wait some one to bring a buyer for them. I can do marketing like that.
This is in Chapel Hill, UNC, DUKE, and RTP even Greensboro look for places in the area. I think they are fooling around

Never Again: Dealing with Coldwell Banker Chapel Hill is by far the worst real estate experience of my life. Their employees lied to me and deceived me. They made false promises and changed their stories countless times. There are many good brokers in the area -- HPW is not one of them.
