User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe did take-out, and everyone was pleased with their choices. The food was great, and the option of filling up a plate from the buffet for take-out was perfect! It suited the tired traverls who love Chinese food. I highly recommend the take-out option, and can't wait to try the buffet when we have time and energy to eat in.

POOR SERVICE .... SAID THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO FIX!: ME AND SEVERAL CO-WORKERS ORDERED DELIVERY FROM 35.
WHEN THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED WE NOTICED THAT THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT (VEGGIES WERENT MIXED IN ANY SAUCE JUST WATER). AFTER CALLING SEVERAL TIMES AND BEING PLACED ON HOLD EACH TIME WE FINALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO STATED THAT THEY WERE TOO BUSY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.
THEY FINALLY OFFERED TO RESEND FOOD HOWEVER WE WOULD BE PUT AT THE END OF THE LINE AND COULD TAKE 40 PLUS MORE MINUTES.
THEN WE WERE OFFERED A REFUND, WHICH WE ALSO HAD TO WAIT FOR AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER TAKE OUT!!!!!!!!!!
THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER CHINESE FOOD PLACES THAT DELIVER AND WOULD NEVER THINK OF DISPLAYING THIS POOR EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
