Please feel free to stop in anytime to meet my staff or myself - we are all Apex residents and want to bring the family business atmosphere back to an essential service.

(New Customers - I always offer your first garment (standard item) cleaned for free)-

New ownership of this business has completely changed everything about them. Customer service, timely completion of orders, and overall quality of cleaning and stain removal are just a few things that we have seen since Michael took over as new owner. He said that he tried to contact the person who was unhappy with the previous owners to make up for their poor service, and the person posting must be an owner of another cleaners because they would not respond.
Go in and check them out. Even the lobby has been repainted and updated! -

Do NOT trust your clothes to Lee's Dry Cleaner! They melted the chiffon on a NEW white bridal dress. The dress was still dirty after they "cleaned" it. I had to PAY to get my (now damaged) dress back from them, will have to PAY to have the damaged chiffon removed, and PAY to have a different (and hopefully BETTER) dry cleaner to finish cleaning it. DO NOT USE LEE'S DRY CLEANER!

Please contact Michael - he is the new owner of Lee's in Apex - I am sure he will do anything he can to make up for your poor experience with the previous owners. I was a previous customer that had a few things messed up and he has taken really good care of me even though it was not his responsibility. Candice
