   Can't wait to move!!!!!!!!: The rooms are very small, the walls are paper thin,old appliances, bathrooms are outdated, small porches...Management staff keeps changing, poor attitude, don't dare call and ask a favor, very rude.. I recommend Carpenter Creek Apts....
   The owners need to hire a staff that knows how to smile....

   Love my archstone!: The apartments are big enough to loung around in, very spacious. The new grounds keepers and maintaince guys are the best around! The rent is ok, the pool is kept in great shape, the speed bumps will knock the shoot out of the car if you dont watch out, lots of kids in the three bedroom building, crazy there all the time. The pond/ puddle is nice with the fountain going. Some tad problem with crime, cars mostly. Terrible traffic problems with the new four lane right outside, its a smash the foot to the floor, pray, and zoom zoom your butt out into traffic and hope someone slows down. Very dangerous, but allow about 15 extra minutes in the morning and things will work out.
   Very knowlegable staff, once you move in though, you cant trade apts, unless you upgrade to the next expensive ones...ie, from a one to a two bedroom. We tried to change to a quieter apt on the back of the building and its not happening.
   Very nice parking, lit at night, right across the street from post net and food kitty grocery store, and the auto zone car parts.
   Water is not included, nor is the trash, sewer, runs under 30 bucks though, and there is a hefty application fee and fees. The electric is a killer on two bedroom we turn everything off all the time and pay over 125 per month.
   Convient to cary, 55, 64, walmart, super target the movies, the lake, and all major shopping. Gas station one block away, great garage sales across the street at the subdivision.
   Over all, I love Archstone and what they do for me, I give them a 8 out of 10, and a A rating.
