I grilled 2 T-Bones last night, was very tasty and tender. Of course I added some seasoning. My Husband loved his Steak. No complaints so far.

I almost didn't buy this meat after reading the reviews. My neighbor across the street said that he buys it all the time and was very satisfied with the company. The salesperson let me write the check out to Omega Meat and postdate it for a week. I cooked the strip sirloins tonight, put some montreal steak seasoning on them and they were the most tender steak that I have had in a long time. I am glad that I purchased the meat and plan to keep buying it from the same salesperson.
