If you think Bella Napoli is good, try San Remo on Kildare Farm Road. Unlike Napoli you actually have a piece of eggplant instead of a paper thin slice of it. That goes for the chicken parmagian too. San Remo's prices are better and the food much fresher. The reason there is no wait at Napoli is because people are finding out the food is not really good, and some of the staff there is very unfriendly.
My husband and I had lunch there today for our anniversary. This was our first time there and we really enjoyed it a lot! The menu looked great but they just started last week offering a lunch buffet. Today it was Italian Wedding Soup, Penne with a tomatoe sauce, Chicken Piccatta, meatballs and rigatoni with a Vodka Pink Sauce, Caesar salad, pasta salad and Italian Potato Salad. Everything was fresh and so tasty! And all this for $6.95. We sat out on the patio which was nice. I didn't have dessert because I was too full from the lunch but they look wonderful. There selections change daily on the buffet so we look forward to going back. I highly recommend this place.
This is a great italian place, tucked away, in cary. owned by an italian family with authentic food. the staff was very attentive and friendly. we went at dinner time on a saturday night and did not have to wait. we loved the calamari and italian classics. i would definately recommend it!

I must say, there is no "good food" in NC. Every resturant is worse then the other. You want good food, try any spot in NY.
i must agree, we came from philly and found one restaurant worst then the other...is there a good food in NC?
