We will NEVER bring our animals back. We have tried FOUR times to have our Mini Schnauzer neutered. The 1st time at 4 months, we were told his other testicle hadn't dropped so we should give it a few months. Sounded right. So we did. At 8 months we brought him back. Left him there at 7:30 am. I called to see how his surgery went at 9:30. Dr. Dudley said, "I was just going to call you", I'm not feeling well, I think I have food positioning, so I'm going home". What? Our dog has been there 2 hours and it didn't cross your mind to call us? So, we took yet ANOTHER day off and brought him back the following week. Same thing, dropped him off at 7:30 and and guess what? "Dr. Dudley has a headache, she didn't come in. She called in at 10 this morning!" Now keep in mind, our little guy has had NO food or water for OVER 12 hours now. We called ALL day the following day, she literally hid behind her staff and avoided us till my persistence paid off. She apologized, and said she now had a concussion from a fall. Mind you, she TOLD me there is a Vet, Dr. Russell who was helping her out, while her partner is on maternity leave...however, and I quote, "Dr. Russell isn't comfortable doing the surgery". What?? Neutering is THE most common surgery for a Vet. She said she would call us 1st thing Monday to let us know when to bring our dog back. Today is Wednesday, have not heard from her. I just called the office and asked for our dog's records, as we will NOT be back. It's come down to this, we do NOT feel that this Dr. or anyone else practicing there is competent. To avoid a simple surgery SO many times, and to break her "word" so many times, has left us doubting her abilities as a doctor. We cannot in good faith, leave our animals in her care.

This place is awesome. I have a 101 cats just a joke but we do have 9 cats. 4 of them were outside rescue that were in very bad shape so of course I took them to SGAH and the staff is awesome. Dr Dudley is a pet angel sent from heaven. We have two cats that were born without tails one of them my Angel Girl was born without a tail and one of her legs. We have one that I thought was going to be blind but Fred is just fine. And we now have one that is a little over a month old. This one had just open its eyes when I found her. So of course this is a true learning experience. I have called numerous times with different questions and the recepitionist Miriam always is there to either answer my question or she calls me back with an answer or has the Doctor call me back. I would be lost without them. Some vets hurry you through but not here at SGAH they make sure you feel comfortable with what is going on. And they go well out of there way to help pets. We use to be members of Bansfield. But when I found SGAH we became patients there. So dont dare take your pets anywhere else. They deserve the best and believe me they get the best treatment. Love Chester, Angel, Fred, Spuds, Socks, Snoopy and the late Skittles, and Sparky and Care Bear.

Great..: Very fast service, great with animals, very caring. I was very impressed with the level of service and knowledge they showed.
